In case your wondering, H.O.T. stands for Healthy. Obsessive. Training. Yes, we are healthy, we are a bit obsessive and most of all, we love training!!! We are NOT your average boot camp. Heck, we don't even call it BOOTCAMP...Our workouts are fun and are designed for ALL fitness levels.Our program consists of strength training, plyometric exercises, abdominal workouts cardiovascular workouts and even ZUMBA.
